Shipping policy

Shipping Responsibility

All shipping and transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Shipping Method

The shipping method (including carrier, service level, and delivery terms) shall be agreed upon with the customer prior to shipment. The seller will arrange shipment according to the agreed method, but all related costs—including freight, handling, insurance, customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges—shall be borne by the customer.

Risk Transfer

Risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the customer in accordance with the agreed shipping method and applicable delivery terms (e.g., Incoterms®, if applicable).

Additional Charges

Any additional costs resulting from changes requested by the customer, delays, failed deliveries, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer will be charged to the customer.
